Early Out: AWA has created many flexible early out collection programs to fit the specific needs of each client's customer base. Assigning claims to an early out program allow our clients a greater exposure to their aging, thereby increasing cash flow, reducing DSO and improving customer satisfaction. Our clients can then free up their internal resources to focus on other issues. This program is most effective for small dollar high volume portfolios.

Pre-Collections Services: Many clients ask us to create a pre-collect letter cycle, or a customer centric phone campaign. Let us explore what options are best for your needs.

Third Party Collections: This core service imparts a sense of urgency upon seriously delinquent customers. Our strategy ensures that AWA contacts the highest percentage of accounts; from the very first validation notice, through the demand cycle, credit reporting, litigation filing and post judgment execution. AWA will work to translate our actions into the greatest return and highest value for our clients.

Bankruptcy Filing & Monitoring: AWA will file Proof of Claim (when required) on behalf of your firm. We will monitor all debtor bankruptcy proceedings and proceed accordingly. In the event payment is made by bankruptcy trustee AWA will remit pursuant to the agreed terms. If bankruptcy is dismissed, AWA will proceed against debtor pursuant to law.

Second Placements: In a competitive environment, AWA understands that primary agency placements, and second placements are used to measure comparisons between agencies. AWA encourages such competitive client requests and is eager to participate in Champion / Challenger programs.

Litigation Filing / Judgment Execution: We have attorneys in all 50 states that can handle accounts in the event litigation is authorized by your firm. The final step in our collections process is to disclose to the debtor that legal action that may be taken if we do not receive payment immediately. Upon review of the assets and likelihood of judgment enforcement, a recommendation will be made to our client to file suit. If the suit is filed, our attorneys will expedite suit and enforce all options available in post-judgment execution.
