What is AIA (Account Information Access)?
AIA is an online process allowing clients' access to our collection system to view their individual collection accounts.  

What does it offer?
AIA offers you the ability to submit new accounts for collections, report payments, view account status and generate reports.

What are the benefits?
Using AIA will allow you to send new accounts and payment information at your convenience. No more taking time out of your busy schedule to write up new account information or calling to report payments that a debtor may have made to your office. Also, using AIA you will be able to generate and view/print the reports you need when you need them.

Is it secure?
AIA is made available through a program known as Navigate that allows clients to access their collection files. Navigate uses the following encryption to transmit data: Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) which is a combination of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol with the SSL/TLS protocol to provide encryption and secure identification of the server.

How do I use AIA?
AIA is accessed via our website at with a user ID and  password.

How do I get a User ID/Password?
Request a User ID/Password by emailing or call 866-260-3631.   

What Options are available?
AIA has several performance options, once you have logged into the site.

            Search : Locate debtor records already in the system.

            Results: Debtor search the results will be stored here for future use during your login session.

            Generate/View Reports : Generate and view reports such as history, status, detail, and monthly statements.

            Upload Accounts/Payments: Upload new accounts/payments individually or in mass.
